Bladder Control Program
Urinary incontinence is a mechanical weakness of the pelvic floor muscles. It’s common, it affects men and women alike — and it can be rebuilt without needles, surgery or downtime, under urologist supervision from the Barrie Urology Group.

Our focus
Stress incontinence
What it feels like: Leakage triggered by laughing, sneezing, lifting or exercise.
What’s behind it: Mechanical weakness of the pelvic floor ‘shelf’, which fails to support the urethra under sudden abdominal pressure.
Urge incontinence
What it feels like: A sudden, overwhelming need to go, often with little warning.
What’s behind it: Nerve signalling changes or an overactive bladder.
Mixed incontinence
What it feels like: A combination of activity-triggered leaks and sudden urgency.
What’s behind it: Muscle weakness alongside bladder or nerve hyperactivity.
The B-Pulse Chair
28 minutes, fully clothed, no downtime.
- Completely non-invasive: no needles, no surgery, no gown
- Health Canada approved device, used under clinical oversight
- Delivered inside Barrie Urology Clinic, not a spa
- Nothing to practise at home between sessions
The Protocol
Two ways to run the program
Tier 1 · The foundation
Base package — 8 sessions
- One 28-minute B-Pulse session per week for 8 weeks
- Establishes baseline muscle recruitment
- Aimed at initial symptom control
Tier 2 · Recommended
Optimal protocol — 16 sessions
- Two 28-minute sessions per week for 8 weeks
- Matches the session volume used in clinical literature
- Aimed at maximum, longer-lasting restoration of continence
