For Women

Support through every stage of life.

Pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes, and aging all affect pelvic floor strength. You don’t have to plan your day around the nearest washroom — and your program is supervised by the Barrie Urology Group.

Our Programs

Structured programs for women

Guided, non-invasive plans built around a stage of life rather than a one-off session.

8-Week Program · Women & Men

Postpartum Restoration

Rebuild pelvic floor and core strength after childbirth with one 28-minute B-Pulse session a week for eight weeks — fully clothed, no downtime.

8-Week Program · Women & Men

Bladder Control Program

Rebuild bladder control with 28-minute B-Pulse sessions — 8 sessions in the base package, or 16 in the recommended protocol, all fully clothed and with no downtime.

Pre & Post-Operative

Pelvic Restoration – Post Surgery

Surgery repairs the structure — this program rebuilds the strength. A pre- and post-op blueprint for sling, prolapse and hysterectomy recovery.

Different to wellness-only clinics.

Core to Floor is a urologist-founded clinic operating inside Barrie Urology Clinic. Every protocol is shaped, reviewed, and supervised by the Barrie Urology Group, so your care is led by medical specialists from the first phone call.

More Ways We Support Women

Pelvic health touches more than leakage.

These are not standalone protocols — they are symptom areas that often improve when the pelvic floor, glutes and deep core are working better together.

Chronic pain & tension syndromes

By using PEMF technology to enhance local circulation, oxygenation and tissue relaxation, the B-Pulse chair can help calm over-guarded pelvic muscles.

Endometriosis symptoms
Easing secondary pelvic floor tightness, guarding and pain associated with endometrial tissue.

Chronic low back & lumbar pain
Supporting the deep core and pelvic floor to reduce strain on the lower spine and sciatic nerve.

Sexual wellness & muscle toning

Stronger pelvic floor and gluteal muscle recruitment can influence physiological function, tone and confidence.

Sexual dysfunction
Supporting nerve sensitivity, erectile function and intimate satisfaction through improved muscle tone and blood flow.

Gluteal & core weakness
Toning, tightening and lifting the buttocks muscles while improving baseline core stability.

Not sure where you fit? At your free demo we’ll review your history and goals, then point you toward the right support — whether that’s with us or one of our pelvic floor physiotherapy partners.

Common Concerns

Therapy may help if you experience…

Life Stages

Where pelvic floor changes tend to show up

Postpartum

Pregnancy and delivery stretch and strain the pelvic floor. Leakage and heaviness in the months and years afterwards are common — and worth addressing rather than accepting.

Perimenopause & menopause

Hormonal changes affect tissue strength and bladder sensitivity, which can bring on new urgency, frequency, or leakage.

Active years & later life

Running, lifting and high-impact activity load the pelvic floor. So does age-related muscle loss. Both respond to conservative, consistent strengthening.

This may be right for you if you…

Treatment isn’t suitable during pregnancy, or with pacemakers, metal or electronic implants. We review your history with you before any session.
