For Men

Stronger control, better support.

Pelvic floor issues affect men more often than most realise — especially after prostate procedures or with age. Core to Floor is a urology-led clinic: your program is supervised by the Barrie Urology Group.

Our Programs

Structured programs for men

Guided, non-invasive plans rather than one-off sessions.

8-Week Program · Women & Men

Bladder Control Program

Rebuild bladder control with 28-minute B-Pulse sessions — 8 sessions in the base package, or 16 in the recommended protocol, fully clothed with no downtime.

10-Treatment Protocol · For Men

The Prostatectomy Rebuild

A core-to-floor plan built around your surgery date: 2 pre-operative sessions to build a stronger baseline, then 8 post-operative sessions to rebuild continence and pelvic health.

More Ways We Support Men

Pelvic health goes beyond bladder control.

These are not standalone protocols — they are symptom areas that often improve when the pelvic floor, glutes and deep core are working better together.

Intimate wellness & erectile function

Aimed at mild-to-moderate erectile dysfunction and improved sexual performance by targeting the bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles.

Clinical objective
Maximise local blood flow, support tissue vascularity, and strengthen the core pelvic framework that helps maintain blood retention during rigidity.

Typical frequency
6 to 8 sessions spaced evenly over 3 to 4 weeks.

Chronic pelvic pain & prostatitis

Geared toward men with non-bacterial chronic prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS), which often create a tight, hypertonic pelvic floor.

Clinical objective
Induce deep tissue relaxation, reduce muscular guarding, improve lymphatic drainage, and calm inflammation.

The pulse mechanism
Uses rhythmic, gentle pulsing cycles rather than intense holds. The goal is to stimulate circulation and oxygenation, flushing inflammatory markers and resetting spasming muscles.

Typical frequency
Tailored to pain severity, usually 1 to 2 sessions per week at a highly customised, lower intensity threshold.

Common Concerns

Therapy may help if you have…

After Prostate Treatment

A conservative first step in recovery

Surgery and radiation for prostate conditions can weaken the muscles that control the bladder. Rebuilding that control is a normal part of recovery.

Non-invasive

You stay fully clothed and seated. No catheters, needles, gels or gowns are involved.

Supervised

Sessions run inside Barrie Urology Clinic with protocol oversight from the Barrie Urology Group — urology expertise is available when it’s needed.

Straightforward

About 30 minutes per session, no downtime, and nothing to practise at home.
Timing matters after surgery or radiation. Speak with your urologist or ask us at your free demo — we’ll coordinate rather than guess.

This may be right for you if you…

Treatment isn’t suitable with pacemakers, metal or electronic implants. We review your history with you before any session.
